Peanutbutter cookie and homemade lemonade for me :)
Even a small bite from his cookie made me realize that he is a really great cook! I should definitely visit him again if only for his cooking ability.

Dressing up is one of the most motivating thing for Ulku. When it comes to putting together outfits, she combines vintage pieces, her own designs, and pieces from her favorite brand "Chloé".
Although her room was in the process of being decrated I knew that Ulku and her dressing room would be interesting to explore and photograph.
Dress American Apparel. Silver belt and rings, Ortakoy. Vintage pocket watchs Galata/İstanbul and Barcelona
Accessories are collected from her grandmother, her mother and her mothers friends.
She is very glad that her mother kept most of her stuff, including her red Converse Shoes! Her favorite vintage jackets are from her mother.

Marie Claire Turkey and Louis Vuitton’s collaboration for the november issue starred Saadet Işıl Aksoy in Louis Vuitton’s fall 2010 collection. The lead photographer was Tamer Yilmaz. I held the position of assistant to the fashion editor. While I was rushing from one place to another, I spent my limited free time taking photos of the backstage.
We left our hotel Palazzina Grassi (Venice) early morning.
Saadet, the talented new actress, suits the collection perfectly.
Fiesso D’Artico, Louis Vuittons shoe factory, where the shoot took place, brings together the understanding of traditional craftsmanship, latest technology and contemporary art. The architect Jean-Marc Sansdraolini took inspiration from the magical shoe box while designing the building. Apart from all the artworks scattered around the factory, the place also consists of a gallery full of shoe-themed works by Andy Warhol to other important artists.

From the gallery, Spring ‘09 Shoes
The art journey starts with Jean-Jacques Orys statue at the entrance of the factory. Later in the center of the building Joana Vasconcelos's 4.70 meters long high-heeled shoe 'Prisicilla' stands out.
First you get the impression that its a giant silver high heeled shoe, then you realize that it is made of stainless steel pans and lids.
